Director, Product Strategy & Operations (Fintech): Designing and executing the operational backbone of the Product organization to scale growth across Close, Compliance, and AI portfolios with an accent on strategic planning, OKR frameworks, and product analytics. Focus on optimizing the launch motion, refining PM craft, and integrating AI tooling into the development lifecycle.

What you will do

• Lead the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles, translating market and data inputs into actionable roadmaps and investment theses.
• Establish and govern the product health system of record, including KPIs, OKRs, NPS, and executive dashboards.
• Manage the end-to-end product launch motion from beta to GA in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Drive the adoption and best practices for AI prototyping and coding tools (e.g., Claude) within the Product and Design teams.
• Elevate the PM function by defining hiring profiles, career ladders, and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product operations, strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience within a B2B SaaS organization with $100M+ ARR.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Proven track record of owning planning and OKR cadences for large Product or Engineering teams.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to defend strategic points of view with data.

Nice to have

• Direct experience as a Product Manager or PM leader.
• Domain knowledge in accounting, ERP, audit, or finance workflows.
• Experience as a Chief of Staff to an SVP of Product or CPO.
• Experience building a Product Operations function from the ground up.
