What you will do

• Partner with key customers to establish strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience.
• Engage C-level executives and technical professionals through routine Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Leverage cybersecurity expertise to recommend program improvements and suggest new security initiatives.
• Drive adoption of the hirify.global One platform to maximize customer value and maturity.
• Act as a primary liaison and escalation point between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer for product innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an information security practitioner or consultant.
• Proven experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including networking, security, databases, and software development.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, security tools (IDS, firewalls, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
• Strong ability to present technical concepts to both C-level and technical audiences.
• Must be based in Australia.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science.
