What you will do
- Develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) based on customer requirements.
- Conduct cloud security assessments and deliver professional technical documentation.
- Integrate Menlo solutions with SSO, Azure, AD, Proxies, Cloud APIs, and Firewalls.
- Create and implement test plans to ensure proper design and resiliency.
- Provide admin training and hands-on guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with developers to identify new features based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or TAM.
- Deep knowledge of network security (Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, SSO, DLP, CASB).
- Professional experience architecting solutions on AWS and GCP.
- Expertise in authentication systems (LDAP, SAML, Azure AD/Entra ID, MS Active Directory).
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix tools (ps, top, strace, Wireshark, tcpdump) and Bash/Python.
- Willingness to travel to partner sites and conferences.
