What you will do

  • Lead global security operations and 24/7 incident response services.
  • Drive consistent security operations and incident response processes across all regions.
  • Oversee cyber incident management, including escalation and executive reporting.
  • Drive SOC2 Type II certification and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Develop reporting and metrics for executive leadership and the Board.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned to NIST and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in security operations and incident response.
  • Proven leadership experience managing global or distributed teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security technologies, infrastructure, and cloud (Azure, AWS).
  • Experience with structured security frameworks like NIST and SOC2.
  • Ability to communicate with senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure incident response scenarios.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SIEM platforms for detection and triage.
  • Understanding of AI-driven threat detection capabilities.
  • Experience with DevSecOps integration into detection and response.
