What you will do

• Partner with key customers to define and achieve cybersecurity initiatives and desired business outcomes.
• Establish strategic roadmaps and programmatic approaches to drive cyber workforce resilience.
• Deliver routine Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) for C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Recommend program improvements based on deep cybersecurity knowledge and evolving threat trends.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide the voice of the customer for product innovation.
• Act as a primary liaison and escalation point between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role.
• Proven experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing roles.
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and security tools (IDS, firewalls, SIEM).
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals including networking, databases, and software development.
• Experience presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science.
