What you will do

• Execute incident response activities for complex security events, including containment and recovery.
• Perform advanced forensic analysis across host, memory, and cloud environments.
• Support incident managers by interrogating data to meet investigation objectives.
• Deliver technical investigations, table-top exercises, and training to clients.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and technical guidance.
• Evaluate and enhance existing security processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and willing to undergo mandatory BS7858 background vetting.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in incident response.
• Proficiency in triaging Windows and Linux hosts, network traffic analysis, and log data analysis.
• Experience with industry-standard tools such as X-Ways and Axiom.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, M365, AWS, GCP).
• Relevant professional certification such as CREST (CPIA/CRIA/CCNIA/CCHIA) or SANS (GCFA/GNFA/GCIH).
