• Maintain strong technical standards through design and code reviews.

Requirements

• Deep experience in software engineering and team leadership or mentorship within engineering.
• Strong knowledge of backend systems, distributed architectures, or cloud platforms.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in evolving technical environments.
• Experience collaborating across functions and with technical stakeholders.
• Ability to review code and provide constructive feedback.
• Must be based in the UK or Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) and backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI).
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Experience managing shared platforms used by multiple downstream consumer teams.
• Experience building internal developer tools.
