What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering production systems with frontier models.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes through clarity, speed, coordination, and technical quality.
• Codify successful practices into tools, playbooks, and roadmap inputs for hirify.global and the developer community.
• Identify and escalate early indicators in product, customer environments, or delivery practices.
• Set high performance standards and provide direct feedback for individual growth.
• Define staffing and support models for scalable field teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience, including 2+ years managing high-performing Forward Deployed or customer-facing engineers.
• Experience leading high-pressure technical projects from prototype to production.
• Write and review production-grade code across frontend and backend using JavaScript or Python.
• Simplify complex work and make fast decisions under pressure.
• Operate with urgency in ambiguous environments and translate field insights into actionable feedback.
• Build team trust through calm, focus, and judgment.
