What you will do

• Facilitate business process review workshops and perform detailed analysis of client requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria, effort estimation, and recommended solutions.
• Create project deliverables including solution designs, functional specifications, and reports of findings.
• Configure Salesforce systems utilizing declarative functionality and frameworks.
• Manage and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, implementation, and reporting.
• Develop training curricula and deliver end-user training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration.
• 2+ years of platform or solution architecture experience in a custom-system development environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Experience with Agile project methodology, including backlog and sprint management.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
