What you will do

  • Define business requirements and deliver tailored solutions for customer Sales processes.
  • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ using point-and-click tools like Visual Flows.
  • Support system architecture and ensure the scalability of platform implementations.
  • Partner with the AI team to create and integrate innovative Salesforce AI solutions.
  • Own the requirement execution and delivery process to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Colombia.
  • 4+ years of professional project experience in a hands-on role.
  • 3+ years of implementation experience specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development or configuration.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, RevOps, and solving complex business use cases.
  • Solid understanding of Release Management, ALM, and deployment best practices.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certifications, preferably in CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant.
