What you will do

• Build and ship production-ready agentic AI solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Implement and test tool use, retrieval pipelines, and complex agent workflows.
• Develop evaluation, observability, and guardrails for agentic systems to ensure reliability.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise workflows and systems via APIs and data pipelines.
• Create reusable patterns, reference implementations, and starter kits to scale AI capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with host-function stakeholders to ensure technical solutions fit real-world workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building production LLM-powered applications (RAG, tool-augmented agents, or agentic workflows).
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Working knowledge of relational, columnar, and vector stores based on sound data-modelling principles.
