AI Engineer (iGaming)

TL;DR

AI Engineer (iGaming): Designing, building, and integrating AI-powered workflows and agent-based solutions into enterprise systems with an accent on governance, scalability, and responsible AI adoption. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Chiswick, UK (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office). No visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

• Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and agent-based solutions.
• Design, build, and integrate AI-powered workflows and applications into enterprise systems.
• Develop internal AI platforms, including agent architectures and governance guardrails.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, DevOps, and Legal teams to deliver secure AI solutions.
• Monitor AI performance, usage trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready records for AI use cases and lifecycles.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Strong hands-on development skills in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt design, and RAG architectures.
• Understanding of AI governance, risk, and compliance concepts.
• Experience with modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act).
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems or AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with API architecture patterns.
