What you will do
- Define and architect scalable AI systems integrating data processing, traditional ML, and LLM methodologies.
- Direct the development, deployment, and continuous optimization of ML pipelines and LLM models in production.
- Align technical AI innovation with organizational business strategies and OKRs.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering quality and knowledge-sharing.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure robust and reliable AI deployments.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of professional AI experience with a track record of leading enterprise-scale systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Extensive experience with production ML frameworks, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Apache Airflow.
- Strong leadership and strategic communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and integrate evolving AI techniques into existing workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and data governance practices.
- Demonstrable experience in secure and robust AI deployments.
- Deep interest in generative AI and continuous professional knowledge-building.
