Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Toronto office)

Salary: $37,000 - $59,000

What you will do

• Support ALM and Risk functions through sensitivity analysis and strategic proposal evaluation.
• Improve documentation, model governance, and risk management for ALM models.
• Collaborate with Corporate Actuarial, Capital Management, Pricing, Risk, Investments, Finance, and IT teams.
• Develop and implement changes in ALM reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual Appointed Actuary Report.

Requirements

• Undergraduate actuarial student currently writing actuarial exams.
• Knowledge of GGY Axis and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hyperion, Power BI, or Microstrategy.
