What you will do
- Own the technical post-sale relationship for complex strategic accounts, guiding customers from onboarding through renewal.
- Lead technical implementations, including integrations, configuration, and security reviews.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify risks, drive expansion, and maximize customer value.
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for highly complex technical challenges.
- Mentor team members, contribute to enablement, and shape scalable team processes and best practices.
- Represent the customer voice internally to Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant) in a SaaS or security B2B environment.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken).
- Must be based in the UK.
- Advanced understanding of modern security frameworks and identity protocols (SSO, SCIM, SAML, OAuth).
- Proven ability to lead technical onboarding and implementation conversations with complex stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with AI technologies and ability to advise customers on product roadmaps.
Nice to have
- Experience with or other password managers.
- Background in SaaS lifecycle management, MDM, or device posture tools.
