What you will do

• Partner with account teams to provide technical consultation, solution design, and product demonstrations for enterprise customers.
• Design and support the deployment of enterprise-grade networking solutions including Wi-Fi, switching, routing, and security.
• Present technical solutions to diverse audiences including IT teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the transition from pre-sales to post-sales, including troubleshooting and escalation management.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product Management to drive continuous product improvement.
• Enable channel partners through technical training and joint customer engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies, Layer 2/3 networking, and enterprise networking fundamentals.
• Business-level Japanese required for customer engagement.
• Business-level English required for internal communication and global collaboration.
• Ability to travel domestically (25–50%) for customer projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-managed networking platforms like hirify.global Insight.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security concepts and RF design tools like Ekahau.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CWNA.
• Experience with AV over IP solutions and working with MSPs or VARs.
