What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates and build robust talent pipelines to deliver strong candidate slates.
• Manage candidate engagement and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.
• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to other recruiters and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant professional recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proven experience in managing key stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
