What you will do
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidates and build robust talent pipelines to deliver strong candidate slates.
- Manage candidate engagement and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to other recruiters and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Significant professional recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
- Proven experience in managing key stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
