Staff Product Manager, Core Platform & UX (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $230,000–$250,000 base annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Set the integrated product vision and strategy for Core Platform and Platform Value with Product, Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.
• Own a roadmap covering identity, SSO, RBAC, accounts, organizations, audit logging, shared services, product enablement, and system-of-record capabilities.
• Lead strategy and discovery for partner-facing reporting, dashboards, onboarding, action workflows, cross-product views, and reporting delivery.
• Research complex MSP workflows and collaborate with design on user research, prototypes, usability, and intuitive technical experiences.
• Define reusable interfaces, shared objects, APIs, product contracts, requirements, epics, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive alignment and product decisions across stakeholders while mentoring product managers as a hands-on individual contributor.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
• 7+ years of product management experience with increasing scope and impact.
• 2+ years of direct experience with the MSP business model and workflows; experience serving MSPs, MSSPs, or channel partners is required.
• 3+ years of platform product management experience involving shared services, backend systems, APIs, data models, or interfaces used by multiple product teams.
• Demonstrated experience building and launching platform capabilities and leading user research, workflow design, prototyping, or usability testing.
• Experience with complex B2B products, cybersecurity, SaaS, agile development, technical decision-making, and metrics-driven prioritization.
