Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Conduct literature reviews to refine metrics for various medical conditions and procedures.
• Create and validate performance measures using proprietary technical and statistical tools.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with clinical experts to identify high-value care standards.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to support new product development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with health insurance claims or EHR data.
• Strong background in biostatistics and epidemiology.
• Working knowledge of ICD and CPT codes.
• Basic coding proficiency in SQL, Python, Stata, R, or SAS.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher in public health, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related fields.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare data analysis.
