Salary: $79,200 – $118,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead and execute clinical feasibility studies for external hardware, software, and mobile applications.
• Develop study protocols and prepare technical documentation for Class-III human subject trials.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, QA, and Regulatory teams to align evaluations with product requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer from development teams to training staff to ensure launch readiness.
• Participate in clinical study visits and occasional national conferences (5% travel).

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Audiology required.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a California Audiology License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical audiology and cochlear implant fittings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CI fitting software.
• English proficiency required.
• Must have stable internet connectivity (min 200Mb/sec download/10Mb/sec upload).

Nice to have

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A).
• Previous research experience or hearing aid fitting expertise.
• Familiarity with Advanced Bionics or hirify.global technology.
