What you will do

• Help clients define and execute omnichannel marketing strategies and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Develop marketing and channel strategies and advise clients on how to innovate and grow digital marketing, sales, customer, and channel capabilities.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and generate creative intelligence for complex client issues.
• Participate in knowledge creation and exchange activities (workshops, publications, seminars) across business units and industries.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience as a consultant.
• Experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, digital marketing, customer experience, journey design, CRM, or customer analytics and insights.
• English & Dutch speaker; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
• Work permit cannot be provided for this position.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise.
