Location: Must be based in the USA. Role is 100% remote, but requires ability to travel to onsite meetings 1-2 times a month.
Salary: $85,000–$95,000 plus discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do
- Recommend media mix, budget, and flighting strategies to advance client market penetration.
- Identify optimal media partners and platforms including OTT, Linear TV, Social, and Search.
- Analyze demographic data and consumption trends to drive actionable full-funnel recommendations.
- Define core planning metrics and benchmarks such as reach, frequency, and impressions.
- Serve as a key client point of contact for the development and approval of marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with investment and analytics teams to ensure planning is synced with measurement capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of media buying, planning, and strategy experience in the US national market.
- Expert knowledge of planning platforms including Nielsen suite, Resonate, Comscore, and Kantar.
- Experience with cross-channel planning including linear TV, streaming, and digital media.
- Strong understanding of both performance marketing and brand awareness KPIs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on presentation storytelling.
- Ability to travel for onsite meetings 1-2 times per month.
