What you will do

• Act as the primary technical resource for a portfolio of live customers to ensure product development excellence.
• Oversee technical governance and align product teams to achieve specific client business outcomes.
• Analyze data schemas, integration points, and data flows to provide proactive technical recommendations.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer marketing and technical teams to expand platform usage.
• Monitor account health using DOMO cards and issue executive-level status reports.
• Collaborate with and guide Support and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to present and lead calls on technical topics.
• Ability to interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Design Documents (SDD).
• Proficiency in managing technical account health and operationalizing portfolios.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executive stakeholders.
