What you will do
- Take ownership of customer service delivery across platform, professional, and managed services.
- Ensure high-quality service levels through monitoring, performance targets, and SLA compliance.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to drive resolution.
- Manage escalations and customer expectations with transparency and timely updates.
- Define and refine ITIL-based practices to improve overall service efficiency.
- Act as a technical advisor, conducting consultative reviews to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working with service providers or cloud resellers supporting enterprise clients.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- ITIL Foundation certification (V4 preferred).
- Must be currently residing in Mexico.
