Program Manager (Commercial)

TL;DR

Program Manager (Commercial): Driving end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives and evergreen programs for the Commercial organization with an accent on program planning, stakeholder alignment, and knowledge infrastructure. Focus on managing cross-functional workflows, mitigating risks, and ensuring operational clarity across the business.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington, United States (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management including scoping, planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Build and maintain program dashboards and tracking systems to provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to drive clear outcomes.
• Manage the global Commercial knowledge infrastructure, including intranet governance and resource centralization.
• Serve as the Commercial workstream lead for company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of tools and technologies to enhance program delivery.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in program management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Seattle, WA.
