Salary: $98,000–$122,000 USD per year, dependent on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Design and analyze experiments for personalization, audience optimization, generosity mechanics, and generosity delivery.
• Compile results and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
• Advance a cross-functional experimentation program and evaluate tools, capabilities, and automation opportunities.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques to data analysis and insight generation.
• Promote experimentation best practices across the Sportsbook business.
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders, marketing technology, generosity data science, and machine learning engineering.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in data science or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field preferred.
• Experience with experimental design, A/B/n testing, and statistical analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
• Experience with Python, R, or SAS is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience analyzing or experimenting with personalization efforts.
