Data Scientist (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Analyze large-scale in-game player data using Python and SQL to produce actionable insights.
• Perform feature engineering on data warehouse datasets and manage analytical code with Git.
• Prototype and improve machine learning models and prediction pipelines.
• Apply experimental design, causal inference, and A/B testing to improve performance baselines.
• Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders across game teams.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and local game teams across global studios.

Requirements

• Experience working with Python and SQL for large-scale data analysis.
• Knowledge of machine learning model development and prediction pipelines.
• Experience with feature engineering, experimental design, causal inference, or A/B testing.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from the Barcelona office.
