What you will do

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, software deployment, and safety checks.
• Continuously monitor weather, traffic, road conditions, and software data to ensure safe transportation.
• Pause or stop vehicle operations immediately to reduce risks and notify management.
• Conduct analysis in the event of incidents to determine and execute safe mitigation responses.
• Review daily logistics reports and environmental conditions to identify test opportunities.
• Provide detailed analysis and concise documentation of test runs to engineers and managers.

Requirements

• Valid US driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
• 6+ years of experience driving on US roads.
• Strong computer literacy or experience in Computer Science.
• Ability to monitor software and analyze data on a laptop while in a moving vehicle for extended periods.
• Ability to sit in vehicles for 4-10 hours daily and travel 1-2 nights per week.
• Must comply with drug and alcohol policies, including pre-employment and randomized testing.

• Familiarity with scripting in a Linux system.
