What you will do

• Coordinate daily logistics and ensure rigorous safety guidelines are followed during operational shifts.
• Monitor vehicle health using company tools and report mechanical issues to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and handle operational escalations.
• Coach and train Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) through quality assessments and certifications.
• Manage incident response protocols and communicate details clearly to relevant parties.
• Test software changes with a focus on safety and provide actionable feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Google Suite.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field.
• Prior experience in operations or logistics.
