What you will do
- Coordinate daily logistics and ensure rigorous safety guidelines are followed during operational shifts.
- Monitor vehicle health using company tools and report mechanical issues to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and handle operational escalations.
- Coach and train Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) through quality assessments and certifications.
- Manage incident response protocols and communicate details clearly to relevant parties.
- Test software changes with a focus on safety and provide actionable feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Google Suite.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays.
Nice to have
- Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in operations or logistics.
