What you will do

• Monitor Autonomous Yard Trucks in real-time during active operations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on prototype vehicles.
• Analyze log data to isolate, track, and document system failures or autonomy disengagements.
• Triage issues systematically and update diagnostic trees to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
• Act as a company ambassador when interacting with customers during technology launches.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX.
• At least 21 years of age with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving history.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using a laptop in a moving vehicle and working outdoors for up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to travel for up to 1 month.

• Technical familiarity with Linux, Jira, Slack, Git, and Google Suite.
