What you will do
- Review incoming service requests and determine necessary actions.
- Assign tasks to Customer Engineers based on skill sets, schedules, and urgency.
- Coordinate technician schedules and locations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Source and track parts availability across different locations.
- Communicate updates to teams across the U.S. via phone, email, and chat.
- Document all actions and updates accurately within internal systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Belgrade, Serbia for hybrid work.
- Availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Passage of company screening criteria.
