Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas or the San Francisco Bay Area, California

What you will do
- Design and refine GTM commission plans for sales, renewals, expansion, and solutions engineering.
- Manage the end-to-end payout process, partnering with payroll for accurate and timely distribution.
- Establish governance, systems, and auditable operating rhythms for the compensation program.
- Analyze quota achievement and attainment to identify and correct unintended plan behaviors.
- Evaluate and implement specialized sales compensation tooling to replace manual Salesforce processes.
- Utilize AI tools to automate manual tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in GTM or sales commissions.
- Proven background in software/SaaS companies, specifically building plans from scratch.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience handling large data sets.
- Proficiency and curiosity in AI tools for automation and productivity.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including CROs and VPs.
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
