What you will do

• Oversee compliance with development processes and regulations for electrical and electronic systems and components.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical and electronic systems.
• Manage and negotiate with equipment vendors for the development of specialized components.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers in the development of electronic systems.
• Design and test electronic circuits to ensure sensors meet performance requirements for EMC, vibration, and sealing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience OR a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the United States.
• Extensive experience in electronics engineering, specifically designing sensors for harsh environments.
• Ability to utilize CAD tools to convert market requirements into product designs.
• Knowledge of project management strategies, including cost and schedule planning.
