What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain analog and digital board-level hardware and electrical modules.
• Lead technical decision-making, including trade-off studies and architecture definition within cross-functional teams.
• Act as technical lead for outsourced and co-development activities.
• Define work breakdown structures, effort estimates, and support project planning.
• Ensure design quality, compliance, and reliability through rigorous reviews and risk mitigation.
• Coach and mentor team members while transferring knowledge to production and service engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in electronic board design.
• Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity (SI), and power integrity (PI).
• Proficiency with high-speed communication protocols (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, SRIO, DDR).
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Experience with PCB design tools, schematic capture, and simulation.
