Salary: $111,700 - $196,300

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and acquire new business from enterprise prospects and existing customers.
  • Align hirify.global AI solutions with the business needs and objectives of F500 companies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline development to quarterly revenue forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strategic C-level relationships within the enterprise space.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to lead complex sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Illinois, USA.
  • 5+ years of experience in direct, outside sales for enterprise software (F500).
  • Proven track record selling Cloud, SaaS, and AI solutions (CX, CCaaS, Conversational AI).
  • Experience with the MEDDPIC selling methodology.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
  • BS or BA degree.
