TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end design of the Agentic AI Deployment Funding Program, including tier structure, eligibility criteria, and payout mechanics.
  • Build the operational backbone for claim intake, eligibility validation, and Finance reconciliation processes.
  • Establish a measurement framework using leading and lagging indicators to assess ROI and investment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal to align on program design, governance, and compliance.
  • Manage communication and strategic relationships with C-suite contacts at key partner organizations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner incentive program design, commercial program operations, or partner economics.
  • Proven track record of owning the full lifecycle of large-scale incentive programs from design through execution.
  • Strong command of financial mechanics, including investment sizing, payout waterfall design, and scenario analysis.
  • Experience building data and calculation infrastructure for incentive operations including API integrations.
  • Exceptional analytical capability in cohort analysis and attribution modeling.
  • Must be based in San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Experience operating Deployment Funds or Market Development Funds at $50M+ scale.
  • Background in the AI or cloud partner ecosystem (hyperscalers).
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments building infrastructure from scratch.
  • Familiarity with API/consumption-based billing models.
