Salary: $180,000–$215,000

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith Fleet platform.
• Collaborate with customers to identify challenges and define innovative product features.
• Partner with engineering teams to define scope, manage technical tradeoffs, and ship features rapidly.
• Contribute to overall product strategy in collaboration with founders and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.
• Deep technical background with the ability to discuss API design, system architecture, and data pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bias toward action and iterative development.

Nice to have

• Computer Science or Engineering degree.
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company.
