What you will do

• Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies aligned to each client’s positioning, audience, and objectives.
• Write clear, concise, context-aware social content across formats and tones (announcements, threads, explainers, reactions, and technical content).
• Run daily social operations: scheduling, posting, real-time engagement, and maintaining a consistent publishing cadence.
• Use analytics and platform data to identify opportunities, refine strategy, and measure effectiveness.
• Plan and run social-native activations such as Spaces, AMAs, giveaways, and other campaign formats.
• Collaborate with PR, Content, Events, Marketing, and Growth teams to align social with larger campaigns and product timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing brand social accounts, ideally in crypto, AI, or emerging tech.
• Strong, adaptable copywriting across formats (announcements, threads, explainers, reactions, and long-form summaries).
• Ability to assess social health using audits, competitor mapping, and data.
• Clear understanding of how narratives move across X, LinkedIn, Farcaster, and on-chain communities.
• Experience planning and executing multi-week social pipelines tied to product, PR, or marketing roadmaps.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple clients with strong organizational skills.
