What you will do

• Engage closely with customers to develop applications and performance processes on Laser anneal tools.
• Develop and maintain best known methods (BKM) for process control, process development, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain working knowledge of laser anneal systems hardware and diagnostics to enhance system performance.
• Solve process problems and collaborate with service and engineering teams to drive solutions.
• Present technical aspects of products to customers and sales channels.
• Provide on-the-job training and assistance to local team members and customers.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Physics or Engineering (8+ years exp), MS (6+ years exp), or PhD (3+ years exp).
• Must be based in Portland, Oregon.
• Ability to travel within the US and other locations up to 20% of the time.
• Semiconductor device knowledge and module process integration experience in logic and/or memory fabrication.
• Understanding of Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) or Implant processes.
• Proficient spoken and written communication skills in English.
