What you will do

• Define 18–24 month product vision and roadmap at the channel level.
• Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning.
• Set standards for product specifications and delivery practices across the organization.
• Partner with engineering leadership on architecture trade-offs and build vs. buy decisions.
• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Digital Product on business cases and investment decisions.
• Mentor and develop product delivery talent while defining career progression expectations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product or technical product experience.
• Proven leadership at a product area or channel level.
• Deep expertise in retirement and wealth management.
• Extensive experience defining AI product strategy.
• Strong technical credibility with engineering leadership.
• Experience influencing VP-level strategy as an individual contributor.
