What you will do

• Plan and manage ISR collection activities including satellites, airborne systems, unmanned systems, and ground sensors.
• Translate commander and analyst intelligence requirements into actionable ISR collection plans.
• Coordinate operations across military units and partner agencies to maximize collection effectiveness.
• Evaluate collection efforts and adjust plans as operational requirements evolve to fill intelligence gaps.
• Prepare collection assessments, intelligence reports, and operational briefings for leadership.
• Ensure all operations comply with military procedures, security protocols, and intelligence oversight.

Requirements

• Must be based in the GCC or able to work in dynamic operational military environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Aerospace Engineering, Geospatial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in ISR operations or intelligence collection.
• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting ISR collection and analysis in support of military operations.
• Proven experience planning and assessing collection activities across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills for preparing operational briefings and reports.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting NATO, U.S., or Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) military organizations.
• Knowledge of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) security dynamics.
• Experience in Joint Operations Centers (JOCs) or intelligence fusion centers.
• Familiarity with UAS, satellite systems, and sensor management processes.
• Advanced degree in Intelligence or National Security Studies.
