• Monitor security cameras and weapons detection systems to identify potential risks.
• Respond to security incidents and disruptive behavior using professional de-escalation techniques.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and internal leadership during emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities and support facilities teams with safety checks.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Boston Heights, OH.
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, corporate concierge, customer service, or security.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with security systems such as CCTV and access control software.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
