What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and define category strategies to achieve cost optimization and business goals.
• Identify, onboard, and manage long-term partnerships with key vendors using KPIs and performance scorecards.
• Lead commercial negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service levels to drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Perform detailed cost analysis, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling.
• Partner with legal, finance, and risk teams to ensure contract compliance and supply chain resilience.
• Drive procurement transformation by implementing best practices and tools such as SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Up to 7 years of professional experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
• Work Location: Must be based onsite at client sites in Orange, CT.
