What you will do

• Lead, hire, and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Solutions Engineers across the United States.
• Partner with Sales leadership to manage complex sales cycles, technical proof activities, and pipeline forecasting.
• Act as a player-coach by shadowing customer engagements and establishing technical best practices.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to accelerate feature requests.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing of architectural frameworks and technical discoveries across regional teams.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for AI ethics, data privacy, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing and scaling pre-sales Solutions Engineering teams.
• Minimum 10+ years of related technology industry experience.
• Proven track record in US Enterprise or Named Accounts pre-sales.
• Deep expertise in Internet protocols (OSI Model, DNS, BGP, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and MLOps.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export-controlled technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zero Trust security, serverless computing, or post-quantum cryptography.
• Background in software engineering, product management, or financial consulting.
• Subject matter expertise in Generative AI and data architecture.
