What you will do

• Execute go-to-market plans across Italy and Spain, managing product launches from preparation to growth.
• Coordinate creator seeding programs and oversee the creation of high-performing social content.
• Build and activate affiliate ecosystems across influencers and retail partners.
• Track eCommerce performance across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor moves to support category pricing and P&L goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain
• Native fluency in Italian or Spanish required
• Strong working proficiency in English
• Proven experience in Category Marketing, Product Marketing, or FMCG
• Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing and social commerce
• Deep knowledge of the Italian and Spanish retail landscape
