What you will do

  • Own end-to-end Amazon Advertising strategy, including Sponsored Ads and DSP, for a portfolio of clients.
  • Analyze performance data and market behavior to identify and execute growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize advertising accounts on a daily basis to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate performance results clearly and credibly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and develop junior team members as the advertising function scales.
  • Contribute to wider consultancy initiatives and business development projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads.
  • Strong written and spoken English with excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid Excel capability and high analytical system literacy.
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and make decisions at pace.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Agency-side account management experience.
  • Amazon DSP experience and familiarity with tools like Skai (Kenshoo).
  • Understanding of retail media platforms such as Criteo.
  • Fluency in additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian).
  • Exposure to other marketplaces like eBay.
