What you will do

• Lead and mentor a distributed team supporting multiple North American sites.
• Manage the lifecycle of endpoint devices, including provisioning, patching, and compliance.
• Administer identity and access management solutions including Entra ID and Okta.
• Oversee workplace technology operations, including AV systems and collaboration tools like Zoom Rooms.
• Provide white-glove support for executive leadership and business-critical events.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency through PowerShell and modern management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in End User Computing or IT Operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT support teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Okta.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Strong experience supporting executive leadership and high-stakes business events.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert or Endpoint Administrator Associate certifications.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jamf, or Druva.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
