What you will do
- Lead and mentor a distributed team supporting multiple North American sites.
- Manage the lifecycle of endpoint devices, including provisioning, patching, and compliance.
- Administer identity and access management solutions including Entra ID and Okta.
- Oversee workplace technology operations, including AV systems and collaboration tools like Zoom Rooms.
- Provide white-glove support for executive leadership and business-critical events.
- Drive automation and operational efficiency through PowerShell and modern management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in End User Computing or IT Operations.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT support teams.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Okta.
- Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams across multiple locations.
- Strong experience supporting executive leadership and high-stakes business events.
Nice to have
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert or Endpoint Administrator Associate certifications.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jamf, or Druva.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
