Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to São Paulo, Brazil. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring office attendance 2-3 times per week.

What you will do

• Connect analytical insights with practical customer journey management strategies.
• Combine product funnel analysis with customer segmentation to drive engagement at critical lifecycle stages.
• Manage end-to-end performance including strategic alignment, planning, and communication flow implementation.
• Utilize proprietary AI tools for copywriting and content creation.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to define test parameters and monitor performance.
• Work with Product Owners to integrate product journeys into the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in consumer-facing roles at app service or financial companies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence product teams.
• Executive, structured, and concise communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in problem-solving and engagement metrics.
• Experience with multi-channel journeys and brand positioning.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
