What you will do

• Own and scale the affiliate program targeting mid-to-top funnel partners in US, UK, and Europe.
• Build and manage partnerships with editorial, newsletter, and media outlets.
• Develop creative briefs and hooks in collaboration with the creative team to drive conversions.
• Coordinate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams to align strategy and optimize outcomes.
• Track, forecast, and report on publisher performance and program metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Establish partner infrastructure and GTM strategy for a new brand program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate or partnerships management.
• Proven track record of hitting CPA and ROAS targets while scaling channels.
• Strong creative instincts for writing briefs and identifying high-converting hooks.
• Proficiency with tracking infrastructure, including postbacks, pixels, and UTMs.
• Experience with tools such as Impact, Looker, Superset, and Jira.
• Must be based in Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Turkey, or Poland.
