Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: Multiple locations; fully remote

What you will do

• Own and scale the affiliate program across US, UK, and European markets.
• Build and manage editorial, newsletter, and media partnerships.
• Develop partner briefs, identify effective creative angles, and coordinate content production with the creative team.
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics to improve channel performance.
• Forecast, track, and report on program and publisher performance.
• Support the launch of a new brand program, including partner infrastructure and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships.
• Proven experience scaling an affiliate channel and achieving CPA and ROAS targets.
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to write briefs and identify conversion-focused hooks.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple shifting workstreams.
• Comfort with tracking infrastructure, including postbacks, pixels, and UTMs.
• Experience with Impact, Looker, Superset, and Jira.
