What you will do

• Design and prototype LLM-based agentic systems for reasoning over biological data and scientific literature.
• Develop agents capable of structured reasoning, hypothesis generation, planning, and iterative scientific analysis.
• Build and implement robust evaluation frameworks, including automated and human-in-the-loop pipelines.
• Define benchmarks and metrics to measure reasoning quality, biological grounding, and factuality.
• Collaborate with computational biologists and immunologists to translate scientific needs into AI capabilities.
• Contribute to the architecture of production-grade AI systems, including agent orchestration and tool calling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and evaluating LLM-based agentic systems.
• Strong background in machine learning and AI research.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Ramat Gan, Israel.
• Experience with evaluation methodologies for complex reasoning systems.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional scientific and technical teams.
